A Disabled Man gives away 1000's of pounds of DSS community Care Grants
Bath man Kevin Paginton - musically -"Kevin love" was well known in the media for his "Busking for life" event, where he motivated musicians across the uk to raise ONE-FIFTH of the British Rotarians total for Rwanda in 1994.
Now hes upset with the DSS for cutting his income support fron £200 a week to £60pw for the last 4 and a half months.
"Its rediculous" says Kevin, "I am disabled, and am responsible for two dependant children".

Kevins problems started with the diagnosis of Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis-
"I had to think long term for the welfare of my kids, so switched one of their child benefits to their mother who lives seperated. This, to enable her qualify for a larger house - that upon my demise she would care for all 4 of our children".
"Two children still live me - she has not been rehoused"
Because of the child benefit switch as was neccesary to be eligible for a larger home, Kevins childrens income support was stopped.
Legal Advice says "They shouldn't do that!"
"One credit card is spirallling out of control" Kevin says
Kevin will be giving the information - 'How to Successfuly Claim CC grants = completely free, yet people are welcome to give back 10% if they wish, to help reinburse Kevins losses.
To bring attention to his cause,,, Kevin will be outside the Job Centre in Bath - sharing with people 'How to claim thousands in community care grabts'
Kevin will be outside the job centre in Bath causing a 'RUN' on the benefit system.
"I will be there for an hour each morning from Wednessday 22nd of september at 10am - until further notice each day, or until my benefits have been reinstated.

Well first I claimed over £3000, and then a second time I claimed over £2000
Now to really put the cat amid the pidgeons -
I have put in for £22,000 for a Brand New Renault espace!
and do you know what?
I think I'm going to get it !!
The DSS wanted me to attend a "Restart Interview".I am a single dad on income support, so I do not have to work !
But I was trying to (even though I didnt have to), I put a lot of time and money in to my
"City Puppet" childrens area, which I erected at festivals. I was wanted by six of the best festivals in the country, as well as HesFes - Europes largest gathering of home educated
The DSS wanted me to return from Wales where I was working, to attend a Jobstart interview, I emailed them from my wireless laptop in the Forest, and said I couldn't make it -
I was workng
I was told I had to attend.
I then offered them the opportunity of a live "Virtual" interview, they declined.
My income support was then cut.
I stopped working and returned home and attended the interview.
Then they "Forgot" to reinstate my claim.
The baliffs then arrived and took £500 from me.
, My van computer and all tools of trade towed and crushed.
The next year, I refused to attend the interview on principle,
as because of them, I had lost thousands
My money again was cut.
I have spent the last year about £50 a week under the survival threshold.
My kids have lived in poverty !!
Wednesday 3rd of July 2008, I was to attend another Back to Work Job search interview.
Instead, I chose to be outside their offices in Bath, giving all their money away.

I have had to go to to disability, yet as I have not paid enough Nat Ins contributions
- I m not elegible, so have to claim income support instead - fair enough
BUT... My income support will not be increased unless I attend the "Back to work interview"
? Huh ? I am disabled! and now must attend ?

I am now unable to attend
Please sort out my claim
If I do not get a satisfactory solution, I will promote this site until I get what I am due,
which means you will pay out 10 times my £22,000

LATEST : I appealed twice
I got a couple of thousand pounds, they said no to the car, yet only on a minor technicality. I could appeal this, yet now that I can see how to, my battle is already won, so I won't abuse the system.
I therefore attended the interview
